Aviva is the newest member of the Resolute Consulting team, bringing with her broad experience in communications, public policy development, and grassroots outreach.
Most recently, Aviva served as chief of staff to the Hon. John Fritchey (D-Chicago). While in that role, Aviva oversaw all legislative and community affairs, managing interaction with news media, intergovernmental affairs, and local organizations and leaders. Her ability to work seamlessly in collaboration with a wide spectrum of constituencies, as well as her keen attention to detail, served her well as an innovative manager and spokesperson for the state representative.
Prior to working with the Illinois House of Representatives, Aviva was fundraising officer and development coordinator at the Goodman Theatre, one of the cultural jewels of Chicago and the nation. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, Aviva produced successful events and secured significant support for one of the largest and most notable not-for-profit regional theaters.
Aviva has a Bachelor of Theatre Arts with High Honors from the University of Michigan, and is a candidate for a Master of Science in Public Services Management at DePaul University.
An active member of both the arts and political communities, Aviva is also an accomplished vocalist who performs with other local musicians throughout Chicago.
