Rob has more than a decade of experience in government relations, coalition-building, media relations, public policy and issues advocacy. His experience in the public and private sectors provides Resolute clients with practical insight about the most effective way to engage elected officials and the news media, as well as business and community organizations.

Rob leads complex, high-profile projects in industries ranging from transportation to real estate development to the environment, including Resolute's award-winning 2008 "Moving Beyond Congestion" campaign for the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA). 

He has also built several strong coalitions among diverse groups in support of wider public policy questions. Leveraging limited resources in order to maximize effectiveness is a hallmark of Rob's work.

Prior to joining Resolute, Rob was government relations director for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and was an aide to the Hon. Michael J. Madigan, Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives.

Rob serves on the board of directors for the Lakeview YMCA, and is a member of the Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago and Democratic Leadership for the 21st Century (DL21C).  He has a bachelor's degree in English and political science from Marquette University.
