Chicago Transit Authority

Resolute Consulting

Resolute serves as the lead on community outreach and public involvement for the proposed Circle Line, a new mass transit service that would link existing CTA and Metra commuter rail stations throughout the region. In this role, Resolute manages all public meetings and hearings, identifies stakeholders in the public, private and residential sectors, and handles all media relations and other communications.

On another front, Resolute developed and managed a public involvement program leading up to and throughout the two-year planning and reconstruction of the CTA's Green Line, which runs between downtown Chicago and the near western suburbs of Oak Park and Forest Park.
