GROWING FIRM TAPS CONGRESSIONAL CHIEF OF STAFF AS VICE PRESIDENT

CHICAGO – May 6, 2009 – David Goldenberg, a seasoned policy and government professional, has joined Resolute Consulting as vice president. Resolute is a dynamic and growing public affairs and communications firm with offices in Chicago and Washington, D.C.

As a senior member of the Resolute team, David will provide national and international expertise on public policy and advise clients on the executive and legislative branches at all levels of government.

Prior to joining Resolute, David was chief of staff and senior policy advisor to United States Representative Alcee L. Hastings (D-FL).  During his tenure, David served as staff director of the House Subcommittee on Legislative and Budget Process.

With a background in global policy and international commerce, David has worked across a spectrum of industries including the environment, energy, agriculture and transportation.

Earlier in his career, David was a legislative aide to State Senator Dianne Byrum in Michigan.
