CHICAGO (CBS) - At a time when business is down and the auto industry is hurting, there are new signs of life here in Chicago. 

CBS 2 Political Editor Mike Flannery reports. 

Finkl Steel CEO Liimatainen tells me sales are bouncing back, up 15 percent from last year's bottom. The company's rehired more than a dozen workers, and it's now paying its 330 employees a lot of overtime.
